Keokee, Va.-Thomas Richard Russell, 67, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at Lonesome Pine Hospital.
He was born in Norton, Va. and her grew up and lived in Keokee. Va. Thomas was a handyman and worked in many jobs, his last being for the Keokee Elementary School. He loved to watch the old television shows, like Gomer Pyle and the Andy Griffith Show. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Limestone, Tn.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Geneva (Gibson) Russell; a brother, Gary Russell; and a brother-in-law, Timmy Ray Harris.
Surviving are his siblings, Lois Richardson (Gary), and Marie Clark (Jimmy Ray), both of Keokee, Clayton Russell (Kimberly), Kingsport, Tn. and Patsy Harris, Big Stone Gap, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
