If Roses Grow In Heaven

If roses grow in Heaven Lord,
Please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her that I love and miss her,
And when she turns to smile,
Place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
But there’s an ache with in my heart
That will never go away.

Big Stone Gap, Va.-Patricia Lane, 83, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at her home.
She was born in Reidville, SC. She was a caregiver for the elderly.
Preceding her in death were one grandson; her parents, Joney and Minnie (Owens) Edgins; two sisters and one brother.
Surviving are her daughter, Pattie Beheler (Marc McDonald), Big Stone Gap; brother, Homer Beheler, Seagrove, NC; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Lane requested cremation and no service.
