Big Stone Gap, Va.-Natasha Sturgill, 34, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
She was born in Johnson City, Tn. and lived most of her life in Big Stone Gap. She was a 2006 graduate of Powell Valley High School, where she was a member of the marching band. She enjoyed coloring and loved music. She was of Apostolic faith.
She was preceded in death by a son, John Riley Sturgill; and her father, John Louie Ayers, Jr.
Surviving are her husband, Freddy Sturgill; sons, Josh “J.J.” Christian, Jr. and Hunter Blake Christian; daughter, Isabella Jade Sturgill; mother, Betty L. Ayers; siblings, Tiffany Nida, Dale Daryll Ayers and Jessica Jenkins; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and fiancé, James Wallen.
A memorial service will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday, September 17, 2022, at the There Is Hope Full Gospel Church, 1209 S. Cumberland St., Big Stone Gap, Va. 24219 with Pastor John Dickenson officiating.
