Big Stone Gap, Va.-Donald Lee Clifton, 71, of the Artesian Well Hollow community, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at his home.
He lived in Big Stone Gap for most of his life. He worked as an carpet installer and warehouseman for the former Lou’s Carpet. He loved cats and working on small engines. Donald was a Christian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Mary (White) Clifton.
Surviving are his wife, Janice Crowder Clifton; daughter, April Clifton, Gate City, Va.; son, David Clifton, Big Stone Gap, Va.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Austin, Judy Large and Linda Skeen, all of Big Stone Gap; brother, Benny Clifton, Big Stone Gap; and several nieces and nephews.
